Shake off the winter chill and join us every Sunday at the Hewing Hotel. Open to enthusiasts and novices alike, our tournament is your weekly escape into a world of strategy, camaraderie, and fun, all in the cozy confines of the Hewing Hotel's impressive rooftop lounge.

Whether you’ve been playing cribbage with your grandparents since you were a kid, or you just started last week and haven’t gotten past a 19-hand, we want everyone to join us in our friendly tournaments at the Hewing Hotel.


Take the elevator to the Rooftop Lounge, order a Skyline Spritz, and play through 6 classic rounds; all while meeting new faces in one of the most beautiful lounges that Minneapolis has to offer.

$10 cover per tournament, no RSVP required.


Tournaments are held every Sunday from March to May 2024.

Come for the cribbage, stay for the charcuterie


Take in the Minneapolis skyline from the rooftop oasis 6 floors above Washington Ave. Indulge in spectacular views of downtown Minneapolis while sipping on cocktails, wine or local craft beer. Top if off with an eclectic light bites menu!

The Liz Peter Team are avid cribbage players and Minneapolis entrepreneurs. The team has been playing cribbage their whole lives and believe that it is one of the best ways to bring people together. In addition to wanting to create a 5-star loan experience for their clients in the mortgage industry, they are excited to partner with the Hewing Hotel in producing this top-notch cribbage tournament.
